Great tool for gathering honest feedback

What are the best aspects of this product?

In my experience, the Survey Monkeys is perfect tool for gathering information and feedback from the audience and individuals after the events. I am able to send the link to the survey into the email or via social media sites. I also like that this tool compiles all the results of the surveys so I can easily analyze the final results.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes it can be hard to make some changes within the survey itself. I would like to see some navigations of the site.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Survey Monkeys helps me to collect data by sending the surveys to my students and co-workers. I get the data I need so I can finish my task on time. It saves lot of time and money of course. I like that the information I receive from this tool is honest feedback from them. I like that they can complete the survey anonymously and this makes them to be more honest when answering the questions.
