Great tool for simple surveys

What are the best aspects of this product?

SM is easy to use tool, it is clear and understandable software. Wonderful tool for short surveys by using some simple skip patterns and restrictions. This can be done online without downloading extra software. I have found out that lot of people answer the survey whenever they open quick-link. You don’t have to know some program languages or to be tech savvy in order to do the work via Survey Monkeys. I also like the pre-loaded questions.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be great if they could include more options for pre-load data so I can include them into my surveys. In addition, the data export should be improved to be more flexible. Also, I cannot use it for complex skip patterns and I’m not using it when I need data encrypted.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

SM helps us to launch short and less complicated surveys to the colleagues, people or organizations that we work with.
