What are the best aspects of this product?

One of its best features is the simplicity in making a survey with varying questions and response choices. Their "Required" category lets you decide the kind of information a respondent has to answer. This gives you the chance to hone in the most critical data. Options are available for repeating answer sets and utilize matrix questions. An open text is even available if further feedback is needed.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

SurveyMonkey has plenty to provide as a survey tool. But I think their UI needs to be updated. I've dealt with a wide range of business software. The brown colour theme isn't good to look at. There's very little options on the dashboard which makes the entire thing a little underwhelming.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We carried out SurveyMoney hoping to understand better the needs and wants of customers when it comes to our B2B program. We were able to gather and analyze data from a wide range of surveys. This helped guide our future development plans. It has also been a big part for us since it offers a clearer perspective on what our customers are looking in a software. This propels us to succeed and take things to the next level.
