It is possible to share the surveys via email or link and manage the results with ease. It is easy to use once you understand how it works and the key features. With an integrated platform, you can merge all your responses for ease of evaluation and streamline of responses from customers even after years to come.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

At first, it was difficult to find yourself around the features of the product. It was all trial and error. Luckily, I was able to find what not to do and what to do in what circumstance. If you miss just a step, you can affect the entire result of the survey. Some of the settings are buried deep in the system, which makes it difficult for a beginner to find their way around them. It would be better if such settings were made simple for ease of use.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are able to evaluate feedback for our more than 5000 members in over 15 locations with ease. It is well designed to help give quick responses and access them without having to move from one location to the other. It helps us to evaluate multiple and large panels of interviews for candidates. The feedback options are straight forward and quick to help carry out surveys in the quickest way possible and with accuracy.
