It is the best survey tool in the market I have used so far. It offers a quick solution to carrying out surveys as it is simple to use. With a highly customizable platform, it allows you to make presentations of the surveys you have carried out with ease. As a data analysis tool, it has come out as the best of its kind. It is a market leader in that field, and due to that, I can always rely on it for all my data problems in future.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

At the moment, the tool has been great in carrying out surveys. I cannot seem to find anything majorly wrong with it in my line of work. However, some improvements will be necessary such as mobile compatibility. It would be better if it had a mobile app where you can conduct and analyze surveys from your mobile device on the go.

We are able to carry out surveys on our employees. It helps us know or learn what they think about our company so that we can make adjustments where necessary. After a training exercise, we can depend on Survey Monkey to see the impact it has on our employees. In short, we can keep our employees motivated all the time as depending on the responses we get, we can make improvements or adjustments to suit their needs and preferences.
