This product has brought the best analytic capability as compared to other similar tools in the market.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some of the features the tool offers are not intuitive. Due to this, it fails to achieve the objective I set to attain and this can be frustrating. This forces me to click around and depend on trial and error before I can find my way around. It would be nice if it was more intuitive with some of its features for ease of use.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has managed to slice the time and effort I would have used to conduct surveys. I can now create surveys and send them out with ease. It helps me to quickly pitch in concepts and arguments to my team through surveys and receive a conclusive feedback on the same so that I can make the best decision.
