What are the best aspects of this product?

It is not only easy to use but also offers multiple ways you can retrieve results of the surveys. Once you have created the questions in the form of surveys and send them out, you can get responses as soon as the target group has taken the survey questions. It allows for full customization of the surveys as the templates allow it. This will be based on your needs and how well you want the surveys to look unique. You can retrieve the results either for an individual respondent or all respondents and compare them. The fact that you can create those questions in multiple formats gives you the upper edge when conducting surveys.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The tool is great in terms of conducting surveys. However, since we are not profit oriented, it can be difficult going for the paid version. The free plan that we use offers only 10 questions and that is how much we are limited in terms of our surveys. The paid plan is too much for us and it would be nice if they offered a custom plan based on our needs, which will require a considerable discount on our part. This would help us to pay for a plan which offers more questions in a survey and thus reliable.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We can monitor everything that relates to our program. With Survey Monkey, we can receive genuine feedback from our respondents by carrying out those surveys. This way, we are able to know the weak areas and improve on them and get positive feedbacks on the strong areas. This has allowed us to be better at what we do by providing or including in our programs what is missing and doing away with what is not important.
