What are the best aspects of this product?

SurveyMonkey now has an integrated service which allows you to tap into its already established global audience to find respondents for your surveys. This is particularly useful if you have trouble finding respondents to provide responses to your survey. You can easily just recruit respondents from SurveyMonkey audience.
The platform is also quite beginner-friendly that even those who are just starting to use it can find their way around it quickly and get to creating forms and surveys without much trouble.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The free version of SurveyMonkey is limited, and you may need to upgrade to a paid version if you choose to make use of more advanced features that SurveyMonkey is capable of.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

The features I would like to see would be better looking form templates, and SurveyMonkey could be more generous with their offerings and pricing plans. Competitors offer a lot more features for less. One other thing that I feel should be worked on is the logic feature, which could use more options.

We mainly use it for polling, collection of data, and to design simple forms.
