What are the best aspects of this product?
Nothing really. if you have the skillset you are better off just building your own platform.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Really? I think survey monkey should use their tool do some research on that and maybe since they are so quick to ask to get paid for nothing they could actually pay users to get the information they are in dire need of to improve their business!
