You can use it to learn how the product works and upgrade when you want to carry out complex surveys. It allows you to quickly pick up on the creation of surveys and send them to different areas within the company. With its simple user interface, you can learn how to create survey questions and come up with a quick feedback form your respondents.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Although the free version offers no cost on your part, it is limited in terms of the features and number of survey questions you can send. It is however expected to have limitations since it is free. However, at least 20 questions on this version would be nice. Luckily, you can upgrade to a more reliable and money worthy plan where you have to pay for the service. All in all, it offers a great experience for a beginner.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We can conduct surveys on projects such as events and get feedback from customers on the same. This form of survey allows us to rate how well customers need such a project or how they view an event. Since it is free, we save on the cost of buying similar software and get the best of what Survey Monkey has to offer. Before we hold an event, we can send out survey questions and analyze the feedback to evaluate how the people we target see it and thus find out how we can improve it on our end.
