What are the best aspects of this product?

SurveyMonkey requires little or training for survey creation. I'm able to create an account and was able to take my surveys to the streets within a few hours. That was several years back and I haven't looked back ever since. Aside from meeting the needs of my organization, this tool has been making consistent enhancements without added cost. It's now easier to use and make reports, representations, and multi-medium survey sharing.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The only that made it difficult for me is downloading survey reults in format that's really easy to manipulate. Take note, this happened in the early stages. This time, I have options to downloading to a CSV, PDF, and Excel format. That was a huge difference maker. Specific reports can now be opened in the form of PowerPoint files.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're now able to get feedback from our membership swiftly. There's no need to spend money on costly survey platforms, hard copy mailings, and unecessary phone calls. Survey results are organized neartly in reports. This makes it easier for comparison.
