What are the best aspects of this product?
SurveyMonkey is generally easy to use. It gave us an option to acquire feedback in a simpler format and extracting survey responses with ease. I like how I can create templates and customize a survey that reflects what we want it accomplish. I love how we can see responses for every person participating in the survey. There are a plethora of formats available for each question.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We're a non-profit so it's obvious that we're operating on a small budget. I wish there were additional features on the free version. I was hoping I can get a bigger discount. Due to limitations of the free versions, we couldn't add beyond 10 questions. Otherwise, we'd have to go for the bigger and costly packages. It can challenging, but I can understand the software developers want to profit.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We couldn't receive feedback from people who participated in our program. We couldn't find areas that need improving or in areas that have fared well. We're able to close the gap between the participants and our program. We continue to work hard so our voice can be heard once and for all.
