What are the best aspects of this product?

Survey Monkey is a tool that I have used it for two different jobs. It is easy to use and the platform offers everything you need to meet your needs. You can choose various options for the survey, you can even upload contacts. This is perfect tool for both internal and external customer and company surveys. I like the results I get, they are extremely helpful for my marketing teams.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have never met something that I don’t like about Survey Monkeys.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are event industry and we constantly need information about our work and what we are doing right and what to improve. We use this tool after every tradeshow to ask the exhibitors and attendees about the experiences they have. It saves us lot of time and money and it helps us to avoid some offers and amenities that are not suitable for our business.
