What are the best aspects of this product?

SurveySparrow is a user-friendly platform equipped with a number of great capabilities. It enables us to interact with our customers and gather feedback from them on how to improve our services. It also helps us build our relationship with our clients as it allows us to reach out to them for discounts and voucher offers.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We would love to see some additional features in the future versions of this software. Specifically, we want more options for survey customization as these are already present in other similar products.
