What are the best aspects of this product?

We recently transitioned into using SurveySparrow and are having a great experience so far. They provided us with excellent customer support service from the onset.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The software's UI and UX design could use some improvements. We think they are already working on this.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

SurveySparrow matches our needs for software that can help us produce professional-looking survey forms. We have assessed other similar software for said function but nothing worked better for us than this one.
