What are the best aspects of this product?

SurveySparrow is a simple and reliable solution for collecting feedback from customers. It offers a chat-like experience and is especially an attractive choice for companies with a mobile audience. It also allows me to communicate with my coworkers via text messages.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We would have a better experience with SurveySparrow if it would have additional features for customizing survey templates and question types. It can be quite challenging to configure the software and its customer-facing interface is less friendly than is ideal for us. Its sample questionnaire also has a lot of room for improvement in terms of content.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With this software, I make and distribute survey questionnaires to my customers and gather feedback to improve my services. It is a simple tool that works well with various devices.
