What are the best aspects of this product?

SurveySparrow is a straightforward tool. It enables us to choose from a good number of question types and use conditional logic in our survey forms. It also gives us graphical presentations of the results from our survey data.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I hope they would allow for more survey responses in the free version of the software. It is reasonable to set a limit but we would highly benefit from a slightly higher number of respondents. Availing their plans may also be a good option for us.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps me get feedback from the desired number of individuals, allowing me to develop my product.
