What are the best aspects of this product?

This software has an intuitive UI design and is very easy to use. It allows us to create survey forms that our customers would find fun and easy to answer.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be easier for our customers, especially those who rely on their mobile devices, to access SurveySparrow's site if there would no longer be a need to enable javascript.
