Easy to use application

What are the best aspects of this product?

We use the app to gather feedback on our new site. We don’t get too many visitors, so we really value the response rate we are getting with Survicate. The widgets are elegant and unobtrusive. It is easy to install the system and we used Wordpress for the installation. The app is easy to use.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I found it difficult to understand targeting, but the support agents helped me out.
