Great app for collecting survey responses

What are the best aspects of this product?

Survicate offers a slew of useful features: It collects first responses quickly, widgets are unobtrusive and elegant, and the targeting system feature is impressive. I found it easy to start using the app. Another benefit is the smooth integration with popular marketing applications which allows me to export data to these systems.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It was initially difficult to understand the logic/dashboard/ launch section, but I found a useful knowledge base article on the topic and the support agents also helped me.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use Survicate to find out the type of visitors browsing my blog. Google Analytics is not helpful in this regard as it doesn’t tell me who is reading my content. Survicate helps me to prepare powerful surveys and calls to action which help me learn more about my visitors. This is important to get a deeper understanding of your visitors and readers.
