What are the best aspects of this product?
There are many things I love about Survicate. To start, the user experience is fantastic and the app is easy to set up. The vendor offers lots of useful features. The free account is functional and the free trial offers plenty of PRO features. The software helps get insight on the visitors to my website. It has helped me learn about my product, its price competitiveness, and also identify lost opportunities. It serves as a useful tool to capture loads by offering coupons. Plus, the customer support is prompt and responsive and resolves my issues quickly.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The tool is quite sensitive. On the website, I get a pop-up when I hit the back button. If each pop-up is recorded as an impression, it can skew the reporting. Plus, visitors may not fill the pop-up if they get it each them they use the back button. This makes it a catch 22 situation. I need to explore the app more to find the right setting as Survicate offers many ways to configure surveys.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Survicate has helped me learn what customers think about my pricing. I also ask them what products are missing to spot missed opportunities. The app helped me spot an issue with a product variation. A customer gave feedback that he did not see an option that should have been offered. I learnt about the issue and quickly fixed it.
