What are the best aspects of this product?

I love the flexibility of this tool since surveys can be sent out through whatever platform you're comfortable using, whether that's Intercom, MailChimp, Salesforce, and so on. It's a great way to collect feedback from clients and customers, which our business has used to offer better experiences for our customers. I can even send it out as a link, so businesses can expect a much easier data collecting process when they use this tool.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Users get a lot more features when they sign up for the upgraded plan, and I do wish that some of those were available in the free version. Nevertheless, the free version is still a great tool even with lesser features.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With this tool, I've found it easier to manage the reputation of our business. Since the surveys are so easy to make, I can get into the minds of customers and have been able to adjust our services and websites so that they match what it is that our customers currently need.
