What are the best aspects of this product?

The user interface is simple and easy to use. The widget has a unique design and looks professional. Installation is fast and the API helps in integrating the app with a range of widely used solution like Google Analytics and Wordpress. I can complete the integration process in five minutes. You simply need to insert the provided Javascript code in your website to launch surveys with open ended and multiple choice questions as well as contact forms information.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The only drawback is the slow backend, all other aspects meet my expectations.
