Survicate is easy to use, and you can create and launch a survey in minutes. Plus the vendor offers prompt and reliable 24/7 support.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The library could be further improved by adding more descriptions and information such as why should these questions be used and in which areas they should be utilized. The library seems to be a work in progress and I hope the vendor updates it in the coming months.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We want to use Survicate to find out answers to questions such as why people use our service, are they satisfied with it, and have we met their expectations. We have been using the app for only a short time, but it has already helped us find answers to a few questions.
