What are the best aspects of this product?
With Switchvox, you can set up and configure the system very easily. Technical issues that come our way are at a minimum. And whenever we encounter one, the technical support team goes above and beyond to help us.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
My chief complaint is its call recording. It does not run smoothly. With one interruption, for instance, a cal transfer, the entire recording of the call is dropped and cannot be found. Switchvox has to up its ante on this one because recording calls are critical to our business; it allows us to review calls for quality control.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Great for businesses -- especially SMEs because of its low cost -- that need a basic PBX tool.
