My favorites about Switchvox: friendly and very knowledgeable CX and technical support; neat and user-friendly platform; multiple integration; and comprehensive reporting.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Changing the call setup cannot be done on our own. We always need tech support for this.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Switchvox can take a lot of calls and even allows integration with our CRM. It is indeed instrumental in improving our productivity at a very affordable cost.
