For a very budget-friendly price, I was surprised by how much Switchvox can do, such as streamlined call management systems, great call quality, extensive call tracking, seamless integration with other lines, easy to set up, and awesome, zero-lag performance. Customer support is also superb, consistently responding promptly and providing useful answers. These make it perfect for SMEs handling multiple accounts.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

While setting up the IVR on your own is not an easy task, customer support is very helpful in guiding you every step of the way.
