What are the best aspects of this product?
Switchvox helped us more strictly implement our no-personal-call policy by embedding a solution into office lines. It used to be our IT support team that does that but even, there had been loopholes that allowed some to sneak a call. But that's no longer the case now and I'm very satisfied with that.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Everything is great and no issue to raise.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Aside from being able to strictly bar personal calls at work, the ultimate benefit we realized from using Switchvox is being able to connect to customers in an orderly manner as we only use one platform for communication activities.
