Synthesio offers powerful defense system against potential risks to our brand, we can highlight customer sentiment and react faster according to the needs of our customers. Also, there are daily alerts that highlight potential risks and it depends on the data that is useful. The customer support team is always willing to help and assist us through every step of the product.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The auto sentiment tagging needs some improvements because sometimes mistakes neutral or positive comment as negative. Also, it can be hard to navigate it at times. To speak the truth, we use Conversocial tool for all reporting like response time, AHT, root cause analysis and volumes because Syntesio doesn’t offer these features.
