PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

360° IT relational database. It connects end users, helpdesk, system admins, CEO and architects on one solution. Fantastic support, great new UI/UX experience for admins, great feedback mechanism with feature requests, potential improvements reporting.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are ocassional stability issues and changes to the product that unexpectedly cause issues on certain parts of the system. The se get fixed by the provider quicjky but we would appreciate a bit better change management.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Rework of classic UI to spaces UI. Improved email integration on Spaces UI/UX, making it more Outlook/gmail like.

Information overflow, decentralized partial information, lower MTTR, better routing of tickets, proper knowledge base
