PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The ability to configure...almost to your hearts content...the options/settings. The support team is the best I've ever worked with.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Configuration is hard to find what you need at times, and naming of settings/options.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

A better mobile app, and Teams integration, as well as the ability to tweak a few more fields that we currently have no control over...like the ability to add an Activity without needing to add a date/time to it if that's your preference.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

An enterprise level ITSM product, to give us the features and reporting we need to see trends and historical data.
