The ticket lists could hav more filter options and a better UX/UI.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I would like to be able to group tickets. Merging tickets is fine, but some information is appreciated in tickets and by merging i believe you loose the information from the tickets that get merged by the main ticket.
Adding the to a Group to be able to view all tickets in a cleaner setting, where, if many tickets require the same external procedure to be executed before proceeding, they can all be seen as a group.

We work more efficiently by having forms dedicated to each problem, asking for the apropiate information to solve the problem.
