PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

It is easy to use and there is enough knowledge in their knowledge base to assist a user during on boarding. The ticket management system is easy to use once the teams setting up get it right. I think the BI Analytics enable on the product is one of the best part of the product. And the icing on the cake is the AI bot added.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think it will be good if videos are allowed to be uploaded into Knowledge base management or create a library more like the Youtube or Udemy for learning or knowledge sharing.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I will like to see Auto CI relationship mappings. I will like to see Dashboard for Folder/ File /Configuration content changes.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

ISO20000, ISO27001 Audit issues are no longer issues as we have matured SysAid to satisfy all the ITSM requirements for these standards
