What are the best aspects of this product?

Easy to use, can be configured to use ticket allerting, good for asste management

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Too many menus to configure, asset list could be more easy to configure it's output

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I would like to see host monitoring and somre services included in a free way like teamviewer (better) integration (not working that good...) as well as Anydesk
