The ease of use and how independent you can be with this product. The advantages that SysAid has are many of which are having a computer inventory, a ticket system, a database to help users, easy to make reports, understandable graphics, in short, many benefits that can be derived from this platform.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Being able to assign multiply user would be helpful.

I would like to be able to run audit logs of button clicks on the system to see who has made changes to the system.
