What are the best aspects of this product?

The ability to run on-premises but still connect to GCCH to be able to utilize calendar and other important features which is important for our compliance goals.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Patch Management is not as robust as we would like and there are no options to add custom packages.

Custom Package deployment and Add/Remove software components
