PROS: We use Xandria for several different things that we love: 1. Technical SAP monitoring - it allows us to combine several elements and checks so that we get notification only if there is an issue with all of them and not just a tiny point issue. That alone reduce the amount of notifications we get dramatically 2. Reporting and dashboard - using Xandria our basis team has a visual indication of the overall health of the system plus our management now get a weekly report of the SLA and performance 3. Forecast - the system allows us to see when more hardware resources will be needed based on performance and forecast needs and budget.
