What are the best aspects of this product?

The best thing about Tableau is that it does not require coding knowledge to produce visual reports and to arrange the interactive dashboards. The latter are even accessible on different devices so everyone can work even when they are away from their desks. Lastly, it has been adopted by our organization seamlessly because of its ease of use.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Cross joining is difficult to implement with Tableau so we were forced to make our algorithm. Aside from that, it is challenging to map connections between various databases.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are using Tableau's reports and dashboards internally apart from generating visualizations for our clients. It has raised our customers' satisfaction with our service because we can meet their requirements quickly. It is even more of a timesaver because ordinary users can learn how to employ it for reporting.
