What are the best aspects of this product?

What I like most is its simplicity and how I can create and deploy analytical dashboards quickly and effortlessly. It offers numerous in-built features that are great for complex statistical analysis and it allows us to create our own calculations for the graphs. We are able to connect to different data sources in order to pull data and to process multiple data sources inside Tableau.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

While doing some normal operatins some bugs arise. Also, when they release new updates sometimes they mess with our dashboard. Furthermore, old and new version are not compatible and this means that when dashboard is created in old version when I want to open it in new version it doesn’t work anymore.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It reduces the need to write Java code in order to create visualization on the web and it helps us to better understand insights in data. It provides thorough analysis functions that are ready to use.
