What are the best aspects of this product?

With Tableau data analysis are more accessible. We can track hidden stories and share our findings and make our data approachable to anyone. Its visuals are with high quality and straightforward. We using it on meetings to share initial visuals so others can ask questions and share screen with others so we can all find out the answers. Also, I like its community, they are always active and responsive and everyone provides some piece of knowledge. It is customizable software and this means that you can use Python and R in order to extend the capability of the product.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is great software and they constantly improves it but it doesn’t do everything. It can do ETL but it won’t depend on ETL.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to reduce the development time, so we can deliver reports to our customers quickly and provide them with instant answer to their questions.
