What are the best aspects of this product?

This is my N.1 tool when I need to use data to present to my management team. The software is easy to use and it provides live update of the data. All of the stakeholders can easily understand the progress of the organization and growth measurement of the support and sales.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

What I don’t like is the price, it is extremely expensive for startup and SMEs.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to visual our sales data. We are using it for sales targets of individuals that are based on market regions and for billing targets. It helps us to keep track of our effectiveness on fixing issues with customers.
