What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that it allows me to integrate with multiple data sources into one visually appealing and user-friendly dashboard where anyone can take a look on the information they need. Before using this sofwtare we had lot of problems in finding ways to show how numerous data sources were interacting.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Tableau offers free and detailed online videos that are highly helpful but it can be really hard to follow without pausing. Sometimes the specific dara set that I’m working with can be difficult and sometimes you cannot find answers to some questions within the tutorials.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to see how one source of data is affecting another platform. Also, it allows us to connect with various business units together and to increase the collaboration because of the ability to track how the data is interacting from global point of view.
