What are the best aspects of this product?
Talkdesk allows for the saving of contacts, thereby allowing you to reach out to them whenever you have promotional plans to offer. Real-time reporting allows me to be in better control of the situation and respond promptly whenever needed. It also serves as an agent tracker, giving me a full view of who is present at the floor and who is meeting the volume quota.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There is no major issue but hope it could have an upgrade that would totally eliminate any slowdowns which are caused by the heavy inflow of calls.
