Talkdesk is your type of tool if you want something that is extremely intuitive to use, something that doesn't require a learning curve to be able to master.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Detailed reporting is limited to the access of the higher-ups. Reporting data must be made available to all so, in case of disputes, we are well-informed thus in a better position to defend our case.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Given that our jobs demand us to take calls at what seems like breakneck speed, Talkdesk emerges as an ideal platform for us to achieve our quotas. The user-friendliness of it all allows us to go about our work very smoothly as long as we have a stable net connection.
