Easy-to-use, with a swift and stable connection and a great integration mechanism, Talkdesk is indeed a technology that is ahead of its time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are occasional lags in connecting calls, devices, and to the system itself, not to mention the very time-consuming login process.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Talkdesk made it possible for businesses to have their own call center without having to shell out the steep costs that come with such pursuit. However, we hope the issues we raised can be resolved the soonest.
