What are the best aspects of this product?
I love how Talkdesk simplifies communication with our clients. We can engage them n real time and do things effectively to increase customer staisfaction and loyalty. It is also an easy product that allows us to fully benefit from having an enterprise-grade call center software without the heavy price tag and other complications.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
They are still a young company, which is why their product still needs some improvements. But I believe they are heading towards the right direction.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Talkdesk positively impacted our customer retention rates, something we had difficulties with with our previous third party outsourcing company.
