The biggest strength of Talkdesk is that it provides seamless integration with various external parties, including CRM platforms, eliminating the need for working in silos. The app also provides sufficient contact information that allows me to have better control when steering calls.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It's not viable for companies with a slow internet connection as this would cause it to lag often.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The integration feature of Talkdesk is saving me significant time in managing a handful of lines that I transfer from one department to another. Without its integration, I would still be jumping from one software to another in between a single task.
