PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

First, installing Talkdesk was just a matter of minutes and did not require complex technical assistance. Second, the interface is clean and user-friendly. Third, the click-to-dial feature as it can verify if a number is a working number, so such early identification saves our time. And last but not the least, it facilitates calls very well through any access point, whether a browser, landline, or IP phone.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Issues are mostly due to the dialing system itself not to Talkdesk.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This software has resolved so much of the gaps in our system that we can now prioritize improving our marketing spills and ensure that we gain more customers.
