PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love this technology. It has an awesome back-end system that makes room for the dashboard to function seamlessly. I have complete trust with data coming in and believe that it can be filtered in a lot of ways.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The only issue I don't favour is the absence of a "publication name" within Excel export. They're a tech firm so it's something they could already have been working on since we were the ones who asked for it. Their customer service has nothing been short of great.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

One big issue with my business was the huge chunk of time analytics experts had to spend on setting up reports since marketing account groups have no idea how to weave their way around the old system. But since the introduction of TalkWalker, they're able to utlize the analytics page and dashboards without difficulty. We assisted in setting them up and then letting them take over later. It saved time and effort from doing report manually. Servicing accounts have dropped sharply.
