What are the best aspects of this product?

Outstanding and robust platform when it comes to crisis management because it makes tracking problems a lot easier and more efficient. Social listening has become a breeze for us too since we don’t need to use the traditional and manual methods anymore. Our clients are satisfied as well since the platform also helps us deliver new projects to them.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The platform is too costly. Although, we manage to cover its cost from our profit. We haven’t found some other significant concerns.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

A great solution for us in coming up with an intuitive process for crisis management, which is helpful as time and cash saver for our clients. It also lets us help in tracking the market for our clients, which allows us to monitor conversations and issues.
